Founded by Q and Allie Guillory, our family-owned Texas company creates handcrafted Ocean Apex Hot Sauces inspired by the predators, depths, and character of the sea. Each sauce is designed to have its own identity—from bright tropical flavors and approachable heat to deep-water superhots built for serious chileheads.
We believe hot sauce should be more than heat for heat’s sake. Flavor comes first. Our recipes combine distinctive fruits, peppers, roasted aromatics, vinegars, spices, and carefully developed flavor profiles to create sauces that can actually be used on food—not just survived.
Our connection to the ocean goes beyond the labels. As scuba divers, we have a real appreciation for marine ecosystems and the animals that inspire the Ocean Apex line. That connection is especially important with Lionfish Venom, which helps us support efforts addressing the invasive lionfish problem and protecting marine environments.
