How do I apply?
Complete our Wholesale / B2B Application on our website. Our team will review your information and reach out regarding approval and next steps.
How long does approval take?
We personally review every application. Most are processed promptly, though we may occasionally request additional information before approving an account.
How do I access wholesale pricing?
Wholesale pricing is exclusive to approved B2B customers. Once your account is approved and activated, sign in with your business account to view your wholesale catalog and pricing.
📦 Orders & Products
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes. Wholesale orders are subject to minimum order requirements. Current minimums and quantity requirements are displayed in your B2B catalog at the time of ordering.
Can I carry the entire Ocean Apex lineup?
Absolutely. Approved retailers can build an assortment from their wholesale catalog. Note that some Ocean Apex sauces are seasonal, limited-release, or Chef Reserve products, so availability may vary throughout the year.
Can I mix different flavors in one order?
Where available, yes — you can order multiple flavors to create an assortment that works for your customers. Individual product and quantity requirements shown in your catalog still apply.
Are seasonal and limited-release sauces available wholesale?
Select seasonal and limited-release products may be offered to wholesale partners based on availability. Because these sauces are produced in limited quantities, availability is not guaranteed.
Do you offer samples?
Sample availability varies. Approved or prospective wholesale partners may contact us to inquire about samples and product-tasting opportunities.

What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment options and terms are displayed during the B2B checkout process. Payment terms may vary depending on the wholesale account.
Do you offer Net 15 or Net 30 terms?
Payment terms are considered on an account-by-account basis. New wholesale accounts may be required to establish an order history before extended payment terms are offered.

How is wholesale shipping calculated?
Shipping charges are based on the size, weight, destination, and requirements of your order. Applicable options will be presented during checkout.
How quickly will my order ship?
We handcraft our sauces in small batches. Processing times vary depending on order size, product availability, and seasonal demand. We'll communicate with you if an order requires additional production time.
What if my shipment arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible after receiving your shipment. Please include your order information and photos of the damaged products and packaging so we can work toward a resolution.

Approved wholesale partners may sell Ocean Apex products through approved retail channels associated with their business. Resale through unauthorized third-party marketplaces is not permitted without prior approval from QA Fire & Flavor Company, LLC.

Approved partners may request authorized product images and brand assets. Our logos, photography, artwork, and other brand materials should not be altered without permission.
