Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hot sauce, food items, or other consumable products.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@fireandflavorco.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
