Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During festivals, seasonal releases, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–5 business days after processing.
Express Shipping: Typically arrives within 1–2 business days after processing.
Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders of $70 or more.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. QA Fire & Flavor Company is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged, leaking, or appears to have been mishandled in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@fireandflavorco.com and include your order number and photos of the package and affected products.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
