Approved retailers can build an assortment from available products in their wholesale catalog. Availability may vary for seasonal and limited-release sauces.
Can I order multiple flavors?
Yes — we encourage retailers to build an assortment that gives customers different flavors and heat levels. Individual product and quantity requirements may apply.
Are seasonal and limited releases available wholesale?
Select seasonal and limited-release products may be made available to wholesale partners. Because these are produced in limited quantities, wholesale availability is not guaranteed.
Do you offer samples?
Sample availability varies. Prospective and approved wholesale partners may contact us regarding available samples and tasting opportunities.
Do you offer Net 15 or Net 30 terms?
Extended payment terms may be considered on an account-by-account basis. New accounts may be required to establish an order history before extended terms are offered.
How quickly will my order ship?
Because our sauces are handcrafted in small batches, processing time may vary depending on order size, inventory, production schedules, and seasonal demand. We'll communicate with you if additional production time is required.
What if my shipment arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the damaged products and packaging. We'll work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Can I return unsold products?
Because our products are food items, wholesale products generally cannot be returned for unsold inventory. Please contact us immediately regarding damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products.
